Returns & Refunds
You can return any unwanted items back to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
As the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us as well as ensuring the goods are securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage during return transit.
All items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, Pharmacy360 must be informed within three working days.
Medicinal, cosmetics and/or personal nature products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Please note that refunds will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Please be aware that it can take as long as ten working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
